It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We strive to resolve any problems quickly and to your satisfaction. Below you will find the steps you can take if you have a complaint:

We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing service@7choco.nl.
You can also submit a complaint in writing.

After receiving your complaint by e-mail or letter, we will register it and aim to respond within 7 working days.
If the first response does not lead to a solution, you can submit a counter-proposal. We will respond to this within 5 working days.
If no agreement can be reached, we will make a final proposal. If this proposal is not acceptable, you can use external dispute resolution.
External Dispute Resolution:
For consumers in the EU it is possible to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
This is advisable if your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere and if internal dispute resolution has not led to a solution.

Can I use iDEAL in3 for my purchase?
Yes, iDEAL in3 is available for purchases from €50 up to a maximum
€5,000. Payment in installments in 3 installments within 60 days, without extra costs.
What happens if my payment request is not approved?
Before your payment is processed, we will do a quick check on you
data out. If your payment request is not received for any reason
approved, please feel free to contact us or choose another one
payment method.
How do I know when my next payment is due?
We will send you timely reminders so that you do not miss a payment. Concern
Make sure you pay the second installment within 30 days and the third installment within 60
days pay.
